My Objective is to Help You Achieve Yours
I spent much of my career in the Navy and in the
private sector dealing with issues related to training and human
performance. The diagram above reflects much of what I have
learned in the process. I have written and published numerous articles in
that vein. Most of them are collected here. Additional articles about human
behavior and performance can be found in the Target (GAP-ACT)
Model or Control Theory section of this site. To go to that section, click
here.
I also wrote a monthly column for ISPI's PerformanceXpress and
you will find there numerous columns devoted to training and human
performance. To go to my Knowledge Worker column, click
here. If you have any questions, feel free to use the link at the bottom of
this page to send your questions to me. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You are welcome to a single copy of anything on this web site for your personal use. However, none of the material on this site may be reproduced or further distributed or posted elsewhere without the payment of a modest fee. Compensation for materials on this site rests on what I call an "Honor System" and the honor on which it rests is yours. For more, see Honor System. |

In addition to the articles and papers listed above, there are several more of relevance and interest to trainers and human performance professionals. They were columns written for the Training Journal and they can be found by clicking here.
